Shift Member to Expired from Dashboard:

Now let's suppose your expired member is not intrested in renewing membership or he/she didn't want to continue gym membership now you can shift your members to expired member list from dashboard. Now you will have a proper list of expired member and you can also add follow-up on expired member.

Complain or Raise a Ticket:

If you are struggling with application in any manner or if you find any difficulty while operating application or you want certain feature so you can raise a ticket and FitFaat team will contact you and help you to resolve the issue.

Webcam option while adding user:

If you are using website or web application this feature is for you, while adding new member or existing member whose image is missing now you can add that member image from your webcam, so basicaly you don't need to save anyone image in your laptop or computer, just open webcam and take snap of member (Condition Apply: Your system should be connected to webcam).

Send Notification from Website:

Now you can send push notification on mobile of any user or trainer from web application about recent changes or update or holidays or events or importent news about your gym or sports academy. This are real-time notification and no charges will be application (Condition Apply: Your member and trainer has installed the respective app FitFaat - Health and Fitness App & FitFaat Trainer App).

Whatsapp Integration:

Send Whatsapp message to your specific member / prospect / expired member about welcome kit, offer sms, upcoming event from Web Application or Partner Panel there will be no additional charges for this (Condition Apply: 1. Your member / prospect number should be an active whatsapp number 2. Do not try to send bulk sms via whatsapp your number can be blocked by whatsapp).
